When you fill in our form or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, social or website links, and information about your project.
We use it to reply to your enquiry, put together a proposal, deliver the work and keep in touch about your project. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Only the TOWSO team, plus the tools we use to run the studio, such as our email, file sharing and form providers. We never sell or rent your information.
For as long as we're working together, and then only as long as we need it for records or the law requires.
You can ask to see, update or delete the information we hold about you at any time. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
